Luna is a digital personal planner and astrology service operated by Merakism - Private limited. These terms apply to use of Luna and its paid membership.

Public Panchang and general sky charts can be viewed without signing in. An account is required to save personal profiles and planner information. Keep your login secure and provide accurate details. Only enter another person’s birth information when you have permission to do so.

New members may choose, once per account, a one-time ₹499 INR payment for their first calendar month of Premium without automatic renewal, or a ₹499 INR monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. One-time access starts from the payment date and expires at the corresponding time the following month, or its last day when that date does not exist. After the first month, continued Premium requires the monthly subscription. A later subscription requires your separate authorisation; a one-time purchase never automatically becomes a subscription. Razorpay processes payments. Review the amount and renewal terms shown at checkout before approving payment.

Your own basic birth profile, planner and Human Design remain free. Premium includes additional birth profiles and paid astrology features. Paid access is subject to successful payment verification.

Astrology, Human Design and AI-generated plans are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and do not guarantee outcomes. Calculation accuracy depends on the birth time, location and other information supplied. AI responses may be incorrect; use your own judgement.

Do not attempt to access another user’s private information, bypass paid access, disrupt Luna or use it unlawfully. You retain responsibility for the content you enter. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Membership is generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, technical failures and refunds required by law are reviewed as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy linked below. Contact samhita.hadagali@gmail.com for support.

Updates to these terms will be published on this page. Material billing changes should be communicated before they take effect.
