Merakism - Private limited
Privacy Policy

Information you provide
Merakism - Private limited operates Luna. Luna stores account information such as email and name; birth date, time, birthplace, timezone and coordinates; saved birth profiles; and personal planner information such as tasks, events, habits, journal entries, mood and energy logs and notification preferences.
How information is used
This information supports sign-in, saved planning, astrology and Human Design calculations, membership access and support. Birth details you provide for other people are used as chart subjects, not as separate owners of your private planner.
AI planning
When you request an AI plan, your question and relevant planning context can be sent through Lovable’s AI service. That context can include task titles and priorities, birth Nakshatra and daily Panchang or Tara Bala details. Avoid including sensitive information you do not want processed by an AI service.
Payments and service providers
Luna uses Lovable Cloud for account and application services and Razorpay for payments. Luna stores subscription status and payment or subscription identifiers for access verification. Payment credentials are entered in Razorpay’s checkout, not in Luna’s planner forms. Providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Browser storage and technical information
Sign-in uses browser storage to maintain your session. Hosting and payment services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device information and page visits for operation, security and usage reporting. This can also occur when you browse public pages.
Privacy requests
Contact samhita.hadagali@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Requests may require verification of account ownership. Some payment or legal records may need to be retained where required by law. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials by email.
Private records are protected by account-based access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Changes to this policy will appear here.
