Shipping and Exchange Policy

Luna provides online planning and astrology features. We do not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, courier deliveries or physical exchanges.

Paid features are delivered digitally to the signed-in Luna account after successful payment verification. If payment succeeds but access is not available, contact samhita.hadagali@gmail.com with your account email and payment identifier. Do not make another payment to resolve missing access.

Physical exchanges do not apply to Luna’s digital membership. Billing, cancellation and eligible refund requests are covered by the Cancellation and Refund Policy linked below.
